Listening for Mutual Understanding is a practical course designed to transform learners' listening skills and boost communication effectiveness. Through four units, learners build from active listening foundations to advanced techniques like diagnostic, integrative, and strategic listening. They overcome barriers, apply emotional intelligence, and adapt to diverse contexts. Earning Criteria

  • Engagement: 70% of each module’s learning path is completed (which will unlock the progress test)
  • Progress: 50% of units have a pass score
  • Assessed Progress: A final test score of 70% or above
