Collaboration across generations is no longer optional in today's workplace—it’s essential for organizational success. This course equips professionals to understand the unique values, communication styles, and work habits of the main generations in today’s workforce: Baby Boomers, Generation X, Millennials, and Generation Z. Learners will explore evidence-based strategies for fostering mutual respect, leveraging reverse mentoring, and embracing the “perennial” mindset that transcends age. Practical techniques will be introduced for building trust, enhancing communication, and maximizing the strengths of multi-generational teams. Through guided practice, real-world case studies, and targeted workplace assignments, participants will develop the ability to anticipate and resolve intergenerational friction, promote inclusive decision-making, and create sustainable collaboration frameworks. By the end of the course, participants will possess a professional toolkit for bridging generational divides, enhancing productivity, and fostering an innovative, cohesive workplace culture.

  • Engagement: 70% of each module’s learning path is completed 
  • Progress: 50% of units have a pass score
  • Assessed Progress: A final test score of 70% or above
