Communicating with and through AI is a forward-looking course that develops the skills professionals need to engage effectively with AI systems while preserving authenticity, credibility, and human connection in the workplace. Participants explore how to communicate clearly and contextually with AI, critically evaluate AI-generated content for bias and appropriateness, and maintain their own voice when using AI assistance. The course addresses ethical judgment, transparency, over-reliance, and the preservation of interpersonal skills in AI-mediated professional environments.

  • Identify when AI enhances versus undermines communication effectiveness and apply frameworks for strategic use

Earning Criteria

  • Engagement: 70% of each module’s learning path is completed 
  • Progress: 50% of units have a pass score
  • Assessed Progress: A final test score of 70% or above
